It is a multi-functional bottle that works as a cold and hot water bottle but also allows you the ability to use it as a foam roller. The origin of "Myo" came from Greek descendent meaning of muscle. So when you put together Myo and Flask you get a bottle that handles all your muscles.

Absolutely not! We have personally tested the durability of the bottle and we can confidently say, the MyoFlask can sustain a body weight upwards of 300lbs! So roll away with absolute confidence cause the bottle can withstand it.

The bottle is designed with that in mind already. No one wants to get sick. So easy and clean hydration, it is protected while you roll and then when you are thirsty, simply push down the straw cap to release the open and enjoy!

Instructions

Your bottles are not dishwasher friendly. Please hand wash your bottles and rollers frequently to ensure proper care.

The lids can go through the dishwasher however.

Rolling before your workout helps with blood circulation and helps with flexibilty. In theory, it will help improve your movement during your activity. Rolling again after will help increase blood flow to help with recovery times and muscle soreness.

In the end, rolling before and after is beneficial!

Don't underestimate their size, these small ones pack a punch. Although it can't compete in size doesn't mean it will lose its effectiveness. If anything it gets into those tight muscles and really pin points that particular area allowing for more effective rolling.

You simply put the MyoFlask on a flat surface and place your targeted muscle group on to the bottle and roll back and forth. We also have a foam rolling guide available. However, when you buy a MyoFlask, we will include the guide with your purchase.

Shipping

Currently we offer shipping to Canada only.

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once we have processed your order, we will send you a shipping tracking code for you to monitor when your MyoFlask arrives at your door step.

Your MyoFlask will start rolling to your address (just kidding, we use Canada post, but that is how confident we are in our quality) Please expect a time frame of 4-9 business days for your bottle to arrive.

Yes we do, simply put your P.O. address in the shipping information and we will handle it on our end.

We understand there can be sudden changes, so contact us the moment you have decided on changing, however we will be unable to cancel the order once it has been placed.

Return Policy and Warranty

You may return your bottle within 30 days of purchase. To return an item: it must be pre-authorized by us first. Send us an email at info@myoflask.com and include your original order number, the product, your name, and your cell phone number/email address. Further instructions will be provided.

There is a 30 days grace period to make a return/exchange for a refund excluding shipping and handling

All MyoFlask bottles purchased either directly on our website or through an authorized third-party retailer has 2-years warranty extended to the original owner.

Warranty coverage:

  • Manufacturing defects prior to opening the packaging - dents, scratches, leaks, cracks, faulty and seals

Warranty exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear, damages expected through expected use of the product, exposure to extreme temperature, damages from dropping the bottle
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alternations are not covered
  • Damages from natural disasters, cosmetic issues, such as slight variation in the coloring or the finish that doesn't affect the functionality of the bottle

First off, we apologize for the defective product. We hold ourselves accountable for high quality bottles and would only want the best.

Follow these 3 steps:

  1. Provide proof of purchase (order number) that lasted within 2 years of purchase
  2. Share the defect with us
  3. Send us an email and we will provide you with further instructions.
